Jack Critchley

It is with deep sadness that we have to announce that Jack Critchley passed away on
Wednesday 16th September 2020
Jack had been admitted to hospital a few days previously after suffering increasingly ill health for some time.
Jack and Marion were founder members of the original Freedom Caravan Club.
Together they organised and marshalled many memorable rallies and it could always be guaranteed that they would be extremely lively and enjoyable.
Jack’s attitude to life was always one of a glass half full – never half empty.

On behalf of all members of Freedom, past and present, we extend our heart felt sympathy to Marion and family

Funeral to be held at St. Helens Crematorium, WA10 6DF. on Monday 28th September at 2.30pm
This will be a private event due to current Covid restrictions. Donations, if desired, to Willowbrook Hospice or MacMillan Nurses.
Due to the restrictions on those attending the ceremony, a live video link is now available.

Will miss Jacks wicked sense of humour. Said he wasn’t looking forward to going in the back of a hearse
because the ridges would hurt his back. What a brilliant man. Rest in peace, Barry and Maureen K
Jack was obviously a remarkable man who has left some lovely memories for the family to look back on.

Our deepest sympathy goes to Marion and all the family. Lots of love Arnold and Anne Pye. x
We never met him but sounds like a lovely man. Pauline and Jim

Thank you Graham for letting us know. A lovely man, Jack. Lynne and George Stowe
He sounds like a true gentleman. I would like to have met him. David  Lownds, (New member).
Marion and family. We are sorry we won’t be with you on Monday. You will certainly be in our thoughts. Graham & Christine.
